Booking confirmation:

Your booking is just valid after the receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as the agreed deposit. The deposit can be made by postal order or bank wire. This offers you the guarantee of the booking confirmation. The deposit is kept back in the case of refusal.

In the event of a delayed arrival or an early departure, payment will still be taken for the entire period booked.

We can only accept payment in cash, as we do not have facilities to accept credit cards or bancomat.

Conditions:

The prices are per appartment and per week (7 days) and include the bed linen, towels for the bathroom and kitchen and the final cleaning. The breakfast is not included in the price of the apratment, but it 'll be offered on request and on payment.

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room not later than 9:00 a.m.

Pets (dogs - cats) are only allowed.

The apartment n. 1 is situated on the first floor.

The apartment with three rooms is designed for 4 - 6 people and has square meters. It consists of: a triple room and a twin room, 2 bathrooms with WC, shower/bathtube, bidet and hair dryer, a separate eat-in kitchen with glass-ceramic hot plate, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and internet connection. Both rooms have its own balcony, satellite TV, safe and internet connection.

The apartment n. 2 is situated on the second floor.

The apartment with tree rooms is conceived for 4 - 5 people and has square meters. It consists of: 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, shower/bathtube, bidet and hair dryer, a separate eat-in kitchen with glass-ceramic hot plate, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and internet connection. Both rooms have its own balcony, satellite TV, safe and internet connection.
